If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We maintain small groups intentionally, which means last-minute changes affect our capacity to serve others.
Questions people often ask before contacting us
Do tours run if it's raining?
Yes, unless weather becomes unsafe. Australian cities get rain regularly; waiting for perfect weather would cancel most tours. Dress appropriately.
Can we bring children?
Depends on the child and the tour. Historical walks with dense information might bore younger kids. Food tours usually work better. Contact us to discuss specific ages and interests.
Are tours wheelchair accessible?
Some routes yes, others no. Australian cities have varying accessibility infrastructure. Tell us your specific needs and we'll either adapt the route or be honest about limitations.
Do you offer tours in other cities?
Currently focused on Melbourne and Sydney. We're building capacity in Brisbane. Don't operate in regional areas yet.
Can we request a specific guide?
If you've walked with someone before and want them again, mention that when booking. We'll accommodate if their schedule allows, but can't guarantee it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Within 48 hours, we'll try to reschedule rather than refund, but evaluate case by case.
Prefer to book directly?
Visit the main page to select a tour and submit a booking request through the form. That routes directly to our scheduling system, which often processes faster than email correspondence.
