By accessing this website and booking tours through our service, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or services.

Service Description

We provide guided walking tours in Australian cities. Tours are led by knowledgeable local guides and cover various themes including history, food culture, coastal areas, hidden neighborhoods, nightlife, and custom interests.

Tour content, route, and specific locations may vary based on weather conditions, local events, accessibility needs, and guide discretion. We reserve the right to modify routes to ensure participant safety and experience quality.

Booking and Payment

Booking requests submitted through our website constitute an offer to purchase tour services at the listed price. We confirm acceptance of your booking via email, at which point a binding contract is formed.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include guide services and any entrance fees to locations visited during the tour. Food, beverages, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated for a particular tour.

Payment details and methods will be provided in booking confirmation communications. Full payment is required before the scheduled tour date.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be rescheduled rather than refunded, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Tours depart as scheduled; late arrivals may miss the tour without refund.

You are responsible for your own physical fitness and health. Tours involve walking several kilometers and may include stairs, uneven surfaces, and outdoor exposure. Inform us in advance of any mobility limitations or health concerns.

Participants must behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and members of the public encountered during tours. We reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals from tours without refund.

Liability Limitations

While we take reasonable care to ensure participant safety, walking tours involve inherent risks. You participate at your own risk.

We are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or other damages arising from tour participation except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties, weather conditions, traffic, construction, or other factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including text, images, design elements, and tour descriptions, is owned by us or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Tour routes, narratives, and curated experiences represent our intellectual work. Recording tours for commercial purposes or replicating tour content professionally is prohibited.

Website Use

You may use this website for legitimate purposes related to learning about and booking our tours. Prohibited uses include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to website systems or user data
• Submitting false information or fraudulent bookings

Age Restrictions

Photography and Media

Tours may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to appearing in such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

You are welcome to take personal photos during tours for non-commercial use.

Changes to Services

We may modify tour offerings, prices, routes, and services at any time. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed unless necessary for safety or legal compliance, in which case we will notify you promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
